Cancellation Details
This Cancellation, Subscription, Refund, Returns, Shipping, and Chargeback Policy explains how Glowcut subscriptions, recurring orders, one-time purchases, cancellations, refunds, returns, shipment processing, refused deliveries, failed delivery attempts, billing disputes, and chargeback claims are handled.
By purchasing from Glowcut, placing an order, selecting a subscription option, accepting a discounted recurring offer, entering payment information, clicking the final checkout button, or continuing to use any Glowcut subscription benefit, you agree to this Policy, our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any subscription terms shown at checkout.
This Policy is designed to be transparent, fair, commercially reasonable, and protective against misuse of subscription discounts, late cancellation requests after fulfilment has started, refusal of delivered goods, fraudulent chargebacks, false “item not received” claims, and disputes filed without first contacting our support team.
This Policy applies to customers in the United States, Canada, and any other location where Glowcut ships, unless local law gives you additional non-waivable rights.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to remove, restrict, or override any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where mandatory consumer law gives you greater rights than this Policy, that law applies only to the minimum extent required.
1. Important Summary
Glowcut offers one-time purchases and subscription purchases. Subscription purchases renew automatically unless cancelled before the applicable cancellation cut-off.
When you choose a subscription, you receive subscription pricing, subscription benefits, or discounted pricing because you are agreeing to recurring billing and recurring delivery.
You are responsible for reviewing the subscription terms before purchase, including:
- The product selected.
- The quantity selected.
- The price charged today.
- The recurring price.
- The billing frequency.
- The shipping frequency.
- Whether the order is a one-time order or subscription order.
- The cancellation method.
- The cancellation deadline before the next order is processed.
- The delivery address entered at checkout.
A cancellation stops future subscription renewals. A cancellation does not automatically cancel, refund, recall, or intercept an order that has already been charged, queued for fulfilment, packed, labelled, handed to a fulfilment partner, or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing, Glowcut may be unable to stop it. This includes orders cancelled 1 to 2 days after billing when the order has already been prepared, packed, labelled, dispatched, or handed to the carrier.
Because Glowcut sells ingestible wellness products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, damaged, tampered, unsealed, or refused products unless required by law or approved in writing by Glowcut.
2. Definitions
For this Policy:
“Glowcut,” “we,” “us,” and “our” means Glowcut and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, fulfilment providers, payment processors, and service providers.
“Customer,” “you,” and “your” means the individual or entity placing an order or using a Glowcut subscription.
“Subscription” means a recurring purchase plan where Glowcut automatically bills your selected payment method and sends product according to the billing frequency shown at checkout.
“Renewal Order” means any order generated after the first subscription order.
“Initial Order” means the first order placed under a subscription or one-time purchase.
“Cancellation” means stopping future renewal orders. Cancellation does not reverse an order that has already been billed or processed.
“Processing” means the order has moved into our fulfilment workflow. Processing may include order verification, fraud screening, stock allocation, warehouse batching, picking, packing, label creation, dispatch preparation, carrier handoff, tracking generation, or shipment.
“Shipped” means an order has been labelled, handed to a carrier, scanned by a carrier, dispatched by the warehouse, or otherwise moved outside ordinary manual cancellation control.
“Chargeback” means a payment dispute filed with a bank, card issuer, payment provider, PayPal, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, or similar payment platform.
“Consumable Product” means a supplement, wellness powder, drink mix, food-style product, ingestible item, or any product intended to be consumed, mixed, opened, handled, or used by the customer.
3. Subscription Terms
When you purchase a Glowcut subscription, you authorise Glowcut and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
The subscription amount, product, billing frequency, and shipping frequency are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Your subscription may renew monthly, every 30 days, every 60 days, every 90 days, or according to the specific subscription frequency selected by you at checkout.
Subscription billing continues until cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling before your next renewal order is processed.
By selecting a subscription, you confirm that:
- You are the authorised cardholder or account holder.
- You understand the purchase is recurring.
- You understand your payment method will be charged automatically.
- You understand the cancellation deadline.
- You understand cancellation applies to future orders only.
- You agree that orders already processed are not automatically refundable.
- You agree to keep your email address, delivery address, and payment details accurate.
Subscription discounts, bundles, free gifts, limited-time offers, VIP offers, trial offers, first-order offers, and retention offers are provided in exchange for your agreement to the subscription terms shown at checkout.
4. Subscription Acknowledgement
After you place a subscription order, Glowcut may send an order confirmation, subscription confirmation, account link, manage subscription link, receipt, or other confirmation to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details entered at checkout are correct.
Failure to open, read, receive, or locate an order confirmation, subscription confirmation, SMS, email, renewal notice, shipping confirmation, or account notification does not cancel your subscription and does not remove your responsibility for authorised charges.
Emails may be filtered by your email provider, sent to spam, blocked, hidden, delayed, or affected by your device settings. You remain responsible for managing your subscription through the cancellation methods provided.
5. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription using any cancellation method made available by Glowcut.
Available cancellation methods may include:
- Logging into your customer account.
- Using the manage subscription link in your order confirmation or subscription email.
- Contacting Glowcut Support.
- Using any cancellation portal made available on our website.
To protect customers and prevent unauthorised account changes, we may ask you to verify your identity, order number, email address, shipping address, phone number, or other order details before processing a cancellation request submitted through support.
A cancellation request must be received before the renewal order has entered processing.
A cancellation is not complete until Glowcut has confirmed cancellation or the subscription portal displays the subscription as cancelled.
A request to cancel sent to social media, a comment section, an advertisement, a review platform, a payment dispute form, a delivery driver, a carrier, or any channel not listed in this Policy may not be received or processed.
6. Cancellation Cut-Off
To avoid being charged for the next renewal order, you must cancel before the renewal order is processed.
Glowcut recommends cancelling at least three full business days before your next billing date.
This recommended three-business-day window is designed to prevent timing issues caused by weekends, holidays, time zones, fulfilment batching, payment processing windows, fraud checks, warehouse cut-offs, and carrier collection times.
For strict operational purposes, once your renewal order is charged or enters processing, we may not be able to cancel it.
This means:
- If you cancel before the renewal order is processed, the cancellation applies to that upcoming renewal.
- If you cancel after the renewal order is charged but before fulfilment begins, we may attempt to stop the order, but this is not guaranteed.
- If you cancel after the order has entered processing, the cancellation applies to future orders only.
- If you cancel after the order has shipped, the cancellation applies to future orders only.
- If you request cancellation 1 to 2 days after renewal and the order has already shipped, you remain responsible for that renewal order.
Subscription renewal times may be based on the time zone used by our store, payment processor, subscription provider, fulfilment provider, or platform. You are responsible for cancelling in advance.
7. Late Cancellation Requests
A late cancellation request is any cancellation request received after a renewal order has been charged, processed, packed, labelled, handed to fulfilment, dispatched, or shipped.
Late cancellation requests do not automatically qualify for refund, store credit, shipment recall, charge reversal, or replacement.
Glowcut may, at its discretion, attempt to cancel or pause an order that has not yet been fulfilled. However, we are not liable if the order cannot be stopped.
Once an order is in the warehouse queue, it may be impossible to manually locate, remove, intercept, or cancel the package.
Once tracking has been generated, the order may already be physically packed or in carrier possession even if the carrier tracking page has not updated yet.
A delay in carrier tracking updates does not mean the order has not shipped.
If you cancel after shipment, you will not be billed for future subscription renewals, but the shipped order remains valid and payable.
8. No Refunds for Already Processed Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are not refundable merely because you forgot to cancel, did not use the product, changed your mind, placed the order by mistake, did not recognise the billing descriptor, did not read the subscription terms, did not receive an email due to spam filters, were travelling, moved address, or cancelled after the order had already processed.
Glowcut does not guarantee refunds for subscription renewals that have already entered processing.
This is because subscription inventory, fulfilment labour, shipping labels, carrier fees, payment processing fees, handling fees, and warehouse costs are incurred quickly after renewal.
Where required by law, Glowcut will comply with mandatory refund obligations. Otherwise, refunds are discretionary and assessed case by case.
9. One-Time Orders
One-time orders are billed once and do not renew.
A one-time order may be cancelled only if the request is received before the order enters processing.
Once a one-time order has entered processing, Glowcut may be unable to cancel it.
One-time orders are subject to the same shipping, return, delivery, refusal, and chargeback terms in this Policy.
10. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for entering a correct, complete, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
Glowcut is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, misspelled, abandoned, inaccessible, commercial, hotel, freight forwarding, temporary, or third-party address provided by the customer.
You must review your order confirmation immediately and contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect.
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed.
Once an order has entered processing, we may be unable to update the address.
Once an order has shipped, address changes are controlled by the carrier and may not be possible.
No refund is owed where an order is shipped to the address provided at checkout and delivery fails due to customer error, refusal, failure to collect, relocation, inaccessible premises, unpaid duties, customs refusal, or an incorrect address.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Glowcut uses third-party carriers and fulfilment providers.
Shipping times are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, high-volume periods, international processing, local delivery disruptions, or events outside our control.
Glowcut is not liable for carrier delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.
A shipping confirmation or tracking number means the order has been processed for shipment. Tracking may take time to update.
For chargeback and delivery verification purposes, Glowcut may rely on:
- Order confirmation records.
- Subscription consent records.
- Customer account records.
- Payment processor records.
- IP address records.
- Device information.
- Billing address match records.
- Shipping address records.
- Fulfilment timestamps.
- Shipping label records.
- Carrier tracking.
- Delivery scans.
- Photographic delivery proof.
- Customer support correspondence.
- Prior order history.
- Email and SMS notification logs.
- Subscription portal logs.
12. Lost Packages
A package is not considered lost simply because it is delayed, in transit, awaiting scan, held at customs, awaiting collection, marked with a temporary delivery exception, or delayed by the carrier.
If your package appears delayed, you must contact Glowcut Support within a reasonable time so we can assist.
For domestic United States orders, a package may generally be investigated if it has not moved for ten business days after the last carrier scan.
For Canadian orders, a package may generally be investigated if it has not moved for fifteen business days after the last carrier scan.
International or cross-border shipping may take longer and may involve customs or local postal providers.
Glowcut may, at its discretion, replace, refund, or issue store credit for packages confirmed lost by the carrier.
Glowcut is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier unless required by law. Where tracking confirms delivery, the order is presumed delivered.
13. Delivered But Not Received Claims
If tracking shows the package was delivered but you claim you did not receive it, you must contact Glowcut Support promptly.
You may be asked to:
- Confirm the shipping address.
- Check with household members.
- Check mailrooms, parcel lockers, reception, building managers, front desks, and neighbours.
- Contact the carrier.
- Provide a signed statement.
- Provide a police report or carrier claim where theft is suspected.
- Confirm whether you have experienced prior missing deliveries at the address.
Glowcut may investigate delivered-but-not-received claims.
Glowcut does not guarantee refunds or replacements where carrier tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Repeated delivered-but-not-received claims may be treated as high risk and may result in refusal of future orders.
14. Refused Deliveries and Return to Sender
If you refuse delivery, fail to collect your package, reject the package, provide an undeliverable address, fail to pay customs, ignore carrier notices, or cause the package to be returned to sender, you remain responsible for the order.
Refused or returned-to-sender packages are not automatically refunded.
For consumable products, returned packages may be discarded for safety, quality, hygiene, regulatory, or tamper-risk reasons.
If Glowcut receives a returned package and determines that it is unopened, undamaged, safe, lawful to restock, and eligible for return, Glowcut may, at its discretion, issue store credit or a partial refund less shipping, handling, fulfilment, payment processing, and restocking costs.
Original shipping charges, route protection, priority processing fees, shipping insurance, duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
15. Returns
Because Glowcut sells consumable wellness products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, partially used, unsealed, damaged, tampered, contaminated, heat-exposed, moisture-exposed, or otherwise compromised products.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact Glowcut Support before sending anything back.
Unauthorised returns may be refused, discarded, or returned at the customer’s expense.
Return eligibility requires:
- Prior written approval from Glowcut.
- A valid order number.
- The return request submitted within fourteen days of delivery.
- The product unopened and sealed.
- The product in original packaging.
- The product in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase.
- Compliance with any return instructions provided by Glowcut.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless Glowcut made a verified fulfilment error or applicable law requires otherwise.
Glowcut is not responsible for return packages lost in transit. We recommend using trackable shipping.
16. Refunds
Refunds are not automatic.
Refunds may be approved only after review by Glowcut.
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method.
Refund timing depends on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or payment platform.
Glowcut may refuse refunds where:
- The order has already shipped.
- The subscription renewal was authorised.
- The customer cancelled late.
- The customer forgot to cancel.
- The customer did not read the subscription terms.
- The customer did not recognise the billing descriptor.
- The product was delivered.
- The product was opened.
- The product was used.
- The product was refused.
- The product was returned without authorisation.
- The product was sent to the address entered at checkout.
- The customer filed a chargeback before contacting support.
- Fraud indicators are present.
- The claim is inconsistent with order records.
- The claim conflicts with carrier tracking.
- The customer has a history of abusive refund or dispute behaviour.
Glowcut may offer, at its discretion, store credit, replacement, partial refund, discount, pause, skip, exchange, or future shipment adjustment instead of a cash refund.
17. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, you must contact Glowcut Support within seven days of delivery.
You must provide:
- Order number.
- Full name.
- Shipping address.
- Clear photos of the package.
- Clear photos of the shipping label.
- Clear photos of all items received.
- Clear photos of any damage.
- A description of the issue.
Glowcut may refuse claims submitted without adequate evidence.
Glowcut may replace the affected item, issue store credit, provide a partial refund, or take another reasonable corrective action.
Minor cosmetic damage to outer shipping packaging that does not affect the product is not grounds for a refund.
18. Product Results and Satisfaction
Glowcut products are wellness products. Results vary by person.
Glowcut does not guarantee weight loss, appetite suppression, reduction in bloating, body composition change, medical outcomes, hormonal outcomes, digestive outcomes, or any specific result.
Customer testimonials, reviews, advertisements, before-and-after content, and marketing examples are individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will experience the same outcome.
A lack of desired result does not make an order unauthorised, defective, or refundable.
Glowcut products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition, under medical supervision, sensitive to stimulants, allergic to any ingredient, or unsure whether a product is suitable for you.
19. Fraud Prevention and Order Verification
Glowcut reserves the right to verify orders before fulfilment.
We may delay, cancel, refund, block, or refuse an order if fraud indicators are present.
Fraud indicators may include:
- Mismatched billing and shipping details.
- High-risk payment signals.
- Failed verification.
- Multiple declined payment attempts.
- Use of suspicious email addresses.
- Use of freight forwarders.
- Multiple orders to different addresses.
- Multiple cards used from the same device.
- Prior chargeback history.
- Proxy, VPN, or suspicious IP activity.
- Unusual order patterns.
- Inconsistent customer information.
- Claims that conflict with account activity.
- Attempts to obtain free product through false claims.
Glowcut may maintain internal records to prevent fraud and abuse.
Glowcut may report suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, theft, or false claims to payment processors, fraud prevention providers, carriers, law enforcement, or other appropriate parties.
20. Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy
Before filing a chargeback, you agree to contact Glowcut Support so we can attempt to resolve your issue.
Most billing, delivery, cancellation, and address issues can be resolved faster through Glowcut Support than through a bank dispute.
Filing a chargeback does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription through an approved cancellation method.
If you file a chargeback while your subscription remains active, future renewals may continue unless you separately cancel the subscription.
Glowcut reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using all available evidence, including:
- Checkout records.
- Subscription selection records.
- Consent logs.
- Terms acceptance records.
- Order confirmation emails.
- Subscription confirmation emails.
- Renewal notices, where applicable.
- Customer account activity.
- IP address and device data.
- Billing address data.
- Shipping address data.
- AVS or payment verification records.
- Fulfilment timestamps.
- Shipping labels.
- Tracking numbers.
- Carrier scans.
- Delivery confirmation.
- Photographic delivery proof.
- Support conversations.
- Cancellation logs.
- Refund history.
- Prior order history.
- Any evidence showing that the transaction was authorised, fulfilled, delivered, or valid.
Where a chargeback is found to be invalid, abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with available records, Glowcut may:
- Contest the chargeback.
- Cancel the customer’s subscription.
- Refuse future orders.
- Close customer accounts.
- Recover unpaid amounts where permitted by law.
- Provide evidence to the payment processor, card network, or bank.
- Report suspected fraud or abuse.
A chargeback filed because you forgot to cancel, cancelled late, did not read the subscription terms, did not recognise the billing descriptor, moved address, refused delivery, or no longer want the product may be disputed as an authorised transaction.
21. Unauthorised Transaction Claims
If you believe a transaction was genuinely unauthorised, contact Glowcut Support immediately.
We take genuine unauthorised payment claims seriously.
You may be asked to provide information so we can investigate, including:
- The charge date.
- The charge amount.
- The billing descriptor.
- The cardholder name.
- The order number, if known.
- Whether anyone in your household placed the order.
- Whether you previously purchased from Glowcut.
- Whether you received order or shipping emails.
- Whether the delivery address is yours or known to you.
Glowcut may compare your claim against order records, payment records, device data, IP address data, delivery records, subscription records, and prior customer history.
If the evidence shows the transaction was authorised by you, your household, your device, your payment method, your account, or someone with access to your payment method, Glowcut may dispute the chargeback.
If the transaction appears genuinely fraudulent, Glowcut may cancel the order or subscription and cooperate with the payment processor.
22. Billing Descriptor
Glowcut charges may appear on your bank statement under a billing descriptor connected to Glowcut, our payment processor, Shopify, Shop Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, Stripe, or another payment provider.
Failure to recognise the billing descriptor does not make a transaction unauthorised if the order was validly placed, authorised, and fulfilled.
23. Failed Payments
If your subscription payment fails, Glowcut or its payment processor may retry the payment method.
You authorise Glowcut and its payment processor to retry failed payments, update payment credentials where permitted by card network rules, and process the payment once the payment method becomes available.
Glowcut may pause, cancel, or delay shipment if payment fails.
If payment is later successful, the renewal order may process and ship.
You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.
24. Pausing, Skipping, and Changing a Subscription
Glowcut may allow customers to pause, skip, delay, change, or adjust a subscription through the customer portal or support.
A pause, skip, or change is not effective until confirmed.
Requests to pause, skip, change flavour, change address, change frequency, or change quantity must be submitted before the order enters processing.
Once an order has entered processing, changes are not guaranteed.
A pause or skip applies only to the specific upcoming order or period selected. It does not permanently cancel the subscription unless you cancel.
25. Subscription Discounts, Gifts, Bundles, and Promotional Offers
Glowcut may offer discounts, free gifts, bonus items, VIP bundles, reduced first-order pricing, bundle pricing, limited-time promotions, priority shipping offers, or other promotional benefits.
Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms shown at checkout or on the offer page.
If you receive a subscription discount, you are responsible for the subscription terms connected to that discount.
Free gifts, bonus items, and promotional items have no cash value and are not refundable.
If an order is refunded, Glowcut may require return of promotional items or deduct the value of gifts, shipping, handling, and discounts from any refund where permitted by law.
Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
Glowcut may change or end promotional offers at any time.
26. Priority Processing, Shipping Upgrades, and Handling Fees
Priority processing, shipping upgrades, route protection, insurance, handling, fulfilment, and similar service fees are non-refundable once the service has started, the order has entered processing, or the label has been created.
Priority processing does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly stated in writing.
Priority processing means the order may be prioritised within Glowcut’s fulfilment workflow, subject to warehouse capacity, carrier collection, fraud checks, stock availability, address verification, and other operational factors.
27. International and Canadian Orders
Customers outside the United States, including Canadian customers, are responsible for ensuring Glowcut products can lawfully be imported into their location.
You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, import charges, local delivery fees, or regulatory requirements unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Glowcut is not responsible for delays caused by customs, border authorities, local postal providers, import inspections, or unpaid duties.
If an order is refused, abandoned, rejected, or returned because of customs, unpaid duties, import restrictions, or customer failure to collect, the order is not automatically refundable.
Canadian customers may have additional rights under applicable federal or provincial law. Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
28. Canadian Subscription and Renewal Disclosure
For Canadian customers, Glowcut aims to provide clear subscription information before purchase, including the recurring nature of the subscription, the price, billing frequency, product, cancellation method, and material terms.
You are responsible for reviewing all checkout disclosures before placing a subscription order.
By completing checkout, you confirm that you understand and agree to the recurring billing terms.
You may cancel future renewals using the cancellation methods described in this Policy.
Where provincial consumer law requires additional notice, consent, cancellation rights, or remedies, Glowcut will comply to the minimum extent required by that law.
29. United States Subscription and Renewal Disclosure
For United States customers, Glowcut aims to provide clear subscription information before purchase, including the recurring nature of the subscription, price, billing frequency, product, cancellation method, and material terms.
You are responsible for reviewing all checkout disclosures before placing a subscription order.
By completing checkout, you confirm that you understand and agree to the recurring billing terms.
You may cancel future renewals using the cancellation methods described in this Policy.
Where applicable federal or state law requires additional notice, consent, cancellation rights, or remedies, Glowcut will comply to the minimum extent required by that law.
Certain states may have automatic renewal laws that provide additional protections. Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.
30. Communications About Your Order and Subscription
By placing an order, you agree that Glowcut may contact you about your order, subscription, payment, delivery, account, cancellation, refund request, chargeback, product issue, or support request.
These communications may be sent by email, SMS, phone, customer portal, or other contact details provided at checkout.
Transactional messages are not marketing messages. They may include order confirmations, shipping updates, subscription updates, billing reminders, payment failure notices, cancellation confirmations, account notifications, and support replies.
You are responsible for monitoring the email address and phone number provided at checkout.
31. Customer Support Response Times
Glowcut aims to respond to support requests as quickly as reasonably possible.
Support response times may vary during weekends, holidays, launches, high-volume sales periods, carrier disruption periods, or operational peaks.
Submitting multiple duplicate tickets may slow response time.
A pending support request does not pause, cancel, or refund an order unless Glowcut confirms the requested action in writing.
A support request sent after an order has entered processing does not guarantee cancellation, refund, address change, or shipment hold.
32. Abuse of Policy
Glowcut reserves the right to refuse service, cancel subscriptions, block future purchases, or limit support where a customer engages in abusive behaviour.
Abusive behaviour includes:
- Threats.
- Harassment.
- Fraudulent claims.
- False chargebacks.
- Repeated refund abuse.
- Repeated delivery claims inconsistent with tracking.
- Attempted misuse of promotions.
- Multiple accounts created to exploit discounts.
- Chargebacks filed after receiving product.
- Claims that conflict with customer account records.
- Refusal to provide reasonable evidence for claims.
- Reselling products in breach of applicable terms.
- Attempting to obtain free product through false statements.
33. Medical, Safety, and Product Suitability
Glowcut products may not be suitable for every person.
You are responsible for reading the product label, ingredients, warnings, directions, and usage instructions before consuming the product.

Product suitability concerns do not automatically qualify an order for refund unless required by law or approved by Glowcut.
34. No Resale
Glowcut products are sold for personal use only unless Glowcut gives written approval.
Unauthorised resale is prohibited.
Orders suspected of unauthorised resale may be cancelled, refunded, limited, or refused.
Glowcut does not provide customer support, refunds, replacements, or guarantees for products purchased from unauthorised sellers.
35. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glowcut is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from any order, subscription, shipment, delay, failed delivery, cancellation request, product use, product non-use, billing issue, or dispute.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glowcut’s total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim, excluding shipping, handling, duties, taxes, priority processing, and non-refundable service fees.

38. Final Agreement
